1. NGO "Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities" - Plav was registered in January 19, 2011. The person authorized to represent the Association is Enes Purišić. The Association hires special-education teachers, speech pathologist, five personal assistants, and three teaching assistants who work with fifteen children, and occasionally, in cooperation with the Employment Board, home assistants and teaching assistants are engaged for the users of this NGO.

2. NGO "For the Future of Our Children" - Andrijevica was registered in March 5, 2010. The person authorized to represent the Association is Nebojša Radović. The Association hires physiotherapist and special-education teachers to work with nine children.

3. NGO "Facilitate the Lives of Children with Special Needs" - Rožaje was registered in August 20, 2004. The person authorized to represent the Association is Vezira Ćosović. The Association hires a physiotherapist, special-education teachers, pedagogue and psychologist to work with six children. The Association also hires six assistants, via public work programs in cooperation with the Employment Board.  .

4. NGO "Step of Hope" Berane is registered in September 5, 2007. The person authorized to represent the Association is Sefo Kožar. The Association hires a physiotherapist, six teaching assistants, speech pathologist, special-education teacher and teachers to work with twenty out of eighty children from the Association. The Association also hires eight assistants via public work programs in cooperation with the Employment Board.

5. NGO "Association of Parents of Children with Special Needs - Better Future Berane" was registered in July 4, 2003. The person authorized to represent the Association is Marina Milić. The Association hires professional staff to work with thirty children. Following projects are currently in realization: "The Workshops for children with disabilities" (the project of the Commission for the Allocation of Revenues to NGOs - Berane) and "The Workshops for Youth with Disabilities (cutting and sewing)" (Project of the Government of Montenegro - from the Games of Chance). Four assistants have been hired, in cooperation with the Employment Agency, two teaching assistants and two personal assistants.

6. NGO "Organization for Rehabilitation of Children and Youth with Special Needs - Žabljak" was registered in September 21, 2007. The person authorized to represent the Association is Željka Kolundžija - Vojinović. The primal activities of the Association are for now based on the provision of teaching assistants for the children from this Association via public work programs in cooperation with the Employment Board.     .

10. NGO "Association of Parents of Children and Youth with Disabilities - Give Us a Chance - Montenegro" (Podgorica) was registered May 14, 2008. The person authorized to represent the Association is Danijela Prelević. The Association hires physiotherapists, speech pathologist, and professor of visual arts to work with twenty-five children. The Association also hires three personal assistants via public work programs in cooperation with the Employment Board.

11. NGO "Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities - Podgorica" was registered in March 6, 2002. The person authorized to represent the Association is Milisav Korać. The Association hires three physiotherapists, masseur (person with disability), three special-education teachers, speech pathologist, psychologist, informatician and professor of English language for work with children. The Association also hires three assistants via public work programs in cooperation with the Employment Board. The Association provides free legal and administrative assistance to its members. There are seventy-four children and adolescents with disabilities, and over 140 parents. All services provided are free for all members of the Association. Financing is provided on the basis of projects approved by the Commission of the Government for Allocation of Revenues from Games of Chance, the Commission of Capital City Podgorica for Allocation of Funds to NGO, funds approved by the Employment Board Podgorica, and from other, mostly smaller donations and sponsorship.

12. NGO "Association of Parents of Children and Youth with Special Needs in Montenegro "Lets Grow Together"- Danilovgrad" was registered in February 15, 2013. The person authorized to represent the Association is Milomir Pavlović. The Association hires psychologists, two special-education teachers and two physiotherapists. Physiotherapists work by the program and instructions from a physiatrist. Service users are twenty-five children and youth with disabilities. The Association also hires two personal assistants via public work programs in cooperation with the Employment Board.

13. NGO "Association of Parents of Children and Youth with Disabilities "Development" - Cetinje" was registered in October 3, 2003. The person authorized to represent the Association is Ruža Begović. This is the oldest association in Montenegro. The parents of children with special needs are founders of the Association, which is non-governmental, voluntary, independent, non-political, social, non-profit, humanitarian organization of parents of children and youth with disabilities, experts and other humanitarian entities, who encourage and facilitate the improvement of health and social care, education and professional training for the parents who work with their children, and make conditions for sporting, recreational, cultural and entertainment life and improvement of professional training, employment and care for children and youth with disabilities. Through projects, the Association strives to provide proficient work: physiotherapist, speech pathologist, special-education teachers and pedagogue, in order to involve them in normal life and to make them useful residents of the state. The Association is a legal with rights, obligations and responsibilities defined by Law and Statute.

Organization "Save the Children" was among the first donors, after the opening of the Association, which provided assistance in opening a toy library by obtaining the necessary devices for members with muscular and neuromuscular diseases. Funds for physiotherapy, teaching, special education and other workshops are provided by writing projects to the Commission for Allocation of Revenues from Games of Chance, the Commission for cooperation with NGO and the Allocation of Revenues for NGOs in Cetinje. Montenegro Red Cross and the Red Cross of Cetinje have been repeatedly and kindly donating orthopedic devices, and a variety of supplies that are needed for the Association members.

The Association has good cooperation with the Mayor and the capital Cetinje, therefore they got municipal facilities for use till solving of permanent housing, and, until then, all the activities of the Association are carried out in rented premises. The premises, where the Association is situated, have approximately 200m2 of flore space (5 rooms without kitchen and bathroom), which are adequate for the needs of the Association. Within the Association there is a toy library, located in a separate room, where various didactic materials can be found, which serve members with psychological disabilities, motor impairments of the upper extremities, as well as members with visual impairment. The equipment of the Association are: multigym, 3 treadmills, indoor bikes, ladders, robotic massage chair, robotic massage chair, fit step machine, mats of various sizes, professional table for physiotherapy, devices for strengthening the abdominal muscles, fitness ball, dip bar and other devices that are of great help for the professional physical rehabilitation of the members diagnosed with cerebral paralyze, other muscular and neuromuscular difficulties, as well as congenital deformities of the limbs. Pedagogical and individual work takes place in a room where there are table, wardrobe and board, where children, who attend emergency classes, adapt and attend classes like other children in schools. Concerning office equipment, the Association owns: tel/fax, computers and copy machine.

The association works every day from 9:00am till 8:00pm. From 9:00am to 2:00pm, the group of children (who do not attend regular kindergarten and school) works with teacher and at the same with pedagogue, and physiotherapist who works nine hours. The afternoon shift covers the children who attend regular education. Pedagogic work is carried out in the same time as physiotherapy. Individual work with teacher takes place in the afternoon, and this work covers only children who attend regular education, and in that way they get extra foreign language classes and children with visual impairment receive assistance in all subjects.

The Association is a member of the Union of the Association of Parents of Children and Youth with Disabilities "Our Initiative" and one of the founders. The Association has good cooperation with the Association of Paraplegic - Cetinje, and with the Association of Physically Disabled Persons of Montenegro.

General acts are adopted by authorities from the Association in accordance with the provisions of the Statute. The Assembly of the Association is held once a month. The Supervisory Board has access to the entire documentation of the Association and monitors the work of the President of the Association and members of the Board of Directors.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare has been visiting the Association and imposing compliments in the previous period, regarding the activities organized by this organization.

14. NGO Association of Parents of Children and Youth with Disabilities "Gastropod Shell - Budva" was registered in February 7, 2013. The person authorized to represent the Association is Nataša Anastasov. The Association hires physiotherapists, speech pathologist, special-education teacher and psychologists to work with fifteen children from the Association. The Association brings together thirty children.

15. NGO "European House Tivat" was registered in January 4, 2001. The person authorized to represent the Association is Marijana Mišić Škanata. The Association hires physiotherapists, special-education teacher-oligophrenologist and teaching assistant to work with ten children. The Association hires a personal assistant to work with three children via public work programs in cooperation with the Employment Board.

NGO Association of Parents of Children and Youth with Disabilities "Ray of Sunshine" Herceg Novi was registered on 29 August 2011. The person authorized to represent Association is Ljiljana Krstic. Association has 15 members with various forms of disabilities. Association occasionally hires physiotherapists, speech therapists and special education teachers, and workshops, where parents are engaged, are of utter importance. There has been good cooperation with the local government, institutions, national and international civil society organizations, private business sector, kindergartens and other.   

Since 2011, the action for Earth Day has been implemented every year, in collaboration with Sea Wealth from Budva. On that occasion they sign the agreement on cooperation with Sea Wealth as well as with all the participants involved. Traditionally, members of Association mark Children's Day by manifestation "With Song to the Stars" in collaboration with "Hercegfest", schools, kindergartens as well as Montenegrin showbiz musical artists.

Also, every the Association celebrates the Internatinal Day of Persons with Disabilities in cooperation with the Institute "Dr. Simo Milošević" in Igalo.

A number of projects has been successfully implemented and supported by: FAKT, the Fund for the Active Citizenship, the US Embassy, Games of Chance from Lottery of Montenegro, Herceg Novi municipality budget, other donors and sponsors.
